A unique opportunity awaits Chefs, Bar staff and Waiting on Staff at Fifteen Cornwall.

In just 4 years this Jamie Oliver inspired restaurant in its stunning location has become one of the most talked about places in the country; talked about by the 300,000 who have eaten there, by enthusiastic restaurant critics and by observers who have been impressed by its highly successful apprentice training programme for disadvantaged young people.

The restaurant offers modern, Italian-influenced dishes, using ingredients from Cornwall’s finest artisan producers, alongside fantastic Italian cheeses and charcuterie. The menu changes daily; only produce that is in season and at its very best is used .

We are looking for Chef de Parties, Bar Staff and waiting on staff.

Whatever the position, the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a high quality restaurant and a genuine passion for food is essential. They will be inspiring, adaptable, an excellent communicator with a hands on attitude, with energy, enthusiasm and a great personality….But the most important quality we are looking for is promise!
