Parking
We have one disabled car parking bay located either side of the decking area in front of the large Fifteen sign in the far corner of the car park.

Accessibility
Wheel chair users will be able to access the restaurant via a Stairmate Major stair lift, of a similar design to the ones currently used at Clapham Junction Rail station, the Foreign office, numerous universities and many other public buildings. It will ascend or descend stairs carrying a motorised wheelchair and guest weighing up to 125kgs.

Our reservations staff will take details at the time of booking so the restaurant can organise for a trained member of staff to be available on arrival and departure. We can provide a wheelchair for use on the Stairmate if required, if advised at the time of booking.

The restaurant incorporates a single level area where wheelchair users or those with impaired eyesight can easily access tables, toilets and reception desk without impediment.

Payment for meals is taken at the table which can be helpful for those with impaired hearing as it avoids the need to make transactions at busy, noisy cash desks. Menus can be printed in larger font on request for those with impaired sight.

Guide dogs and Hearing dogs are welcome. In addition, Fifteen Cornwall’s General Manager has completed disability awareness training and will be instigating a full disability awareness training programme to include all other staff.
